To Halt Sweating You First Need To Prevent Sweating

Sweating is something that everybody does since it is natural for the body to sweat when in high heat temperatures or stressful situations. For the most part, people will usually sweat occasionally and a simple antiperspirant can control and reduce the sweating.

Exercise every day. When you give yourself up to exercise you bring about an almost immediate improvement in your blood circulation. It is this blood circulation that is responsible for eradicating toxins that may have accumulated over time. Depending on your schedule you can either exercise during the mornings or in the evenings. But whatever you do just make sure you jog, cycle or do the treadmill at least once a day.

However, there are a number of people that sweat excessively. Excess in the armpits is due to over active sweat glands, which is also known as hyperhidrosis.

Anticipation: the nervous, negative, and largely unrealistic thoughts and mental images you experience in the minutes, hours, days and weeks (sometimes months!) before a scheduled performance.

Establish contact with the audience through eye contact and talking directly to them. Ask them questions to get them involved in your talk (i.e., How many of you here have ever had this experience…?) While your natural instinct will probably be to avoid the audience as much as possible, you will actually feel LESS anxiety once you get the audience involved with you.

While people who consume alcohol on a regular basis may do so to excess during the holidays; but did you know that even a small amount of alcohol in wine can cause atrial fibrillation which is an irregular and fast heart rate. Also diabetics are more tempted to break the rules and consume sweets which can also cause heart problems. Consumption of high amounts of caffeine in coffee and chocolate can also cause irregular and fast heart rates. A-Fib can lead to dangerous blood clots.

They say that “practice makes perfect”. Now do not worry too much about this. You do not actually have to be perfect. In fact many people will find you more interesting if you are not. The point is, the more you speak publicly, the more comfortable you will become.
